After spending 12 years working for a number of banks and mortgage companies, I decided the best way to meet my client's needs was to open my own Mortgage Brokerage. Not only does this allow me to shop for the best loan terms on behalf of my clients, but it also gives me and my clients more control over the home financing process.
Purchasing a home or refinancing a mortgage is a complex process. At times it can feel overwhelming. This is made worse by large banks and mortgage companies who make up their own rules for qualifying for a mortgage. I started Kost Mortgage because I was tired of the companies I worked for making the process needlessly complicated. I also do not appreciate the "one size fits all" approach to mortgage applications most big lenders adhere to.
